What we collect

When you book: your name, contact details, event date/time, venue address and party details, everything needed to deliver the event. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. If guests take part in the party quiz, they enter an email to join: used only to register them for the session and, with consent, occasional VUSH updates (unsubscribe anytime). Their quiz answers stay anonymous: shown to the room only as combined totals, never tied to a name or email.

How we use it

• To deliver and coordinate your event (including sharing the venue address and party details with your assigned host).
• To send booking confirmations, prep guides and event reminders.
• With consent, to send marketing emails, every one has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure advertising (we use the Meta pixel and similar tools on this site).

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. Quiz answers are never shown to your group with a name or email attached, combined totals only. Billing descriptors and packaging are discreet.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing anytime via the link in any email. To access or delete your data, reach us via our contact form. We action requests within 30 days. California residents (and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws, including New York) may request access or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA and similar laws using the same form.

Retention & security

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted. Data is stored with reputable providers (Stripe, our hosting and email platforms) using industry-standard security.
