1. The service

Girls Night provides a private hosted entertainment experience for girls' nights, birthdays, bachelorette parties and similar adult celebrations: approximately 60 minutes including an intimate wellness masterclass, a quiz, games, and the presentation of the included VUSH accessories and anything you added to your order, delivered by a trained host at the venue you provide. Minimum group size is five guests.

2. Booking, confirmation & payment

The full price of your night, including any travel fee and applicable sales tax, is charged at booking via Stripe and confirms your date on the spot. There is no deposit and no balance: nothing further is charged after you book. Travel is included within 45 minutes' drive of each metro we serve; beyond that a flat travel fee applies by band ($75 to 70 minutes, $150 to 90 minutes), quoted from your address and always shown to you before it is charged. A travel quote shown to you at booking is honored even if your final address computes higher. If we cannot service your event location, you are refunded in full. If we ever cancel or cannot deliver your event, you receive an automatic, immediate and full refund of everything you have paid.

3. Rescheduling & cancellation

• Free changes to your date, time, address, or the items you added, up to 14 days before the event. Where a change increases the price of your night, the difference is charged at the time of the change.
• Cancel within 48 hours of booking: full refund to your card, unless your event falls inside the next 7 days (see below).
• Cancel later than that, and more than 7 days before the event: what you have paid, less our out-of-pocket allocation costs, converts to a credit valid 12 months for any date.
• Cancel within 7 days of the event: the event fee is forfeited, as your host is booked and your kit is allocated by then. All physical goods you have paid for are still supplied: your included accessories and any items you added are shipped to you at our cost instead of being brought to the event. Any travel fee is refunded, as no travel is incurred.
• If we cancel for any reason and cannot offer a replacement host, you receive a full refund.
• The included accessories and any items you added are final once allocated to your event.

4. Age requirement

This is an adults-only service. By booking, you confirm that every person attending the session is 18 years of age or older. Hosts may request ID and may decline to proceed if minors are present, without refund.

5. Your venue, our host

You are responsible for providing a safe, private venue (home, rental property, or hotel suite where gatherings are permitted). Hosts are entitled to end a session early if they feel unsafe or if guests behave inappropriately; no refund applies in that case. Hosts never pressure guests to purchase anything.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not responsible for venue conditions, alcohol consumption, or guest behavior.
