1. The service

Girls Night provides a private hosted entertainment experience for girls' nights, birthdays, bachelorette parties and similar adult celebrations: approximately 90 minutes including a quiz, spicy topics, a VUSH product showcase, games, and the presentation of the included VUSH accessories and anything you added to your order, delivered by a trained VUSH Guide at the venue you provide. Minimum group size is six guests.

2. Booking, confirmation & payment

Your night is priced at $49.99 flat, six guests minimum, whatever the final headcount. That $49.99 plus applicable sales tax is charged in full at booking via Stripe and locks your date on the spot. Fourteen days before your night your VUSH Event Coordinator confirms your final guest count and venue address, adds anything you have chosen from the range, and any travel fee and add-ons are charged automatically to the same card; a night booked inside 14 days has travel and add-ons charged at booking. Travel is included within 45 minutes' drive of each metro we serve; beyond that a travel fee applies in $25 steps ($25 to 55 minutes, $50 to 65, $75 to 75, $100 to 90), quoted from the ZIP code you give at booking and confirmed against your final address before it is charged. A travel quote shown to you at booking is honored even if your final address computes higher. If we cannot service your event location, you are refunded in full. If we ever cancel or cannot deliver your event, you receive an automatic, immediate and full refund of everything you have paid.

3. Rescheduling & cancellation

• Free changes to your date, time, address, guest count, or the items you added, up to 14 days before the event. A date change may land on any open date within 12 months of your original booking. Where a change increases the price of your night, the difference is charged at the time of the change; where it decreases the price, the difference is refunded to the card you booked with.
• Your guest count does not affect the price of your night. You give an estimate at booking and your Event Coordinator confirms the final number with you at the 14 day mark; it may be changed up or down freely until then, subject to the six guest minimum. Inside that 14 day window add-ons are fixed, as they are dispatched ahead of the event. Date, time and address changes inside 14 days are not guaranteed, but message us and we will do our best.
• Cancel any time up to 14 days before the event: your $49.99 is refunded to your card in full, including where you are simply unable to reach the six guest minimum. Nothing further is charged. This is the only amount you have paid at that stage, so there is nothing else to return.
• A night booked inside 14 days is paid in full at booking, so the rule immediately below applies to it from the moment it is booked.
• Cancel within 14 days of the event: 50% of the event fee is refunded, together with 100% of any add-ons, any travel fee and the corresponding sales tax. The remainder is forfeited, as your Guide is booked by then. No goods are shipped; add-ons are refunded rather than supplied.
• If we cancel for any reason and cannot offer a replacement Guide, you receive a full refund.

4. Age requirement

This is an adults-only service. By booking, you confirm that every person attending the session is 18 years of age or older. Guides may request ID and may decline to proceed if minors are present, without refund.

5. Your venue, our Guide

You are responsible for providing a safe, private venue (home, rental property, or hotel suite where gatherings are permitted). Guides are entitled to end a session early if they feel unsafe or if guests behave inappropriately; no refund applies in that case. Guides never pressure guests to purchase anything.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not responsible for venue conditions, alcohol consumption, or guest behavior.
